Dipna Pharmachem Limited has informed the BSE that its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Saturday, 23rd August 2025 to Saturday, 30th August 2025 (both days inclusive). The book closure is for the purpose of holding its 14th Annual General Meeting. The cut-off date for sending the AGM notice to shareholders is 1st August 2025, while the cut-off date for determining shareholders eligible to participate in e-voting at the AGM is 23rd August 2025. During this period, no share transfers will be processed. The intimation is issued under Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015, and is signed by Managing Director Keyur Shah.
Shareholders must hold shares by the relevant cut-off dates to be eligible to receive the AGM notice and to vote (including via e-voting) at the 14th AGM. Buying shares after the cut-off date will not entitle the buyer to participate in the AGM or vote, and share transfers will be suspended during the closure window.
