Two new Independent Directors appointed, board committees reconstituted

Dipna Pharmachem board on 11 May 2026 approved appointing Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani and Mr. Jitendra Pradipbhai Parmar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors effective the same day. Both are unrelated to existing directors. Mr. Bachani is a B.Com graduate with expertise in marketing and project management. Mr. Parmar is a Company Secretary and commerce postgraduate with over 8 years of experience in corporate laws, financial management and taxation. The Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were also reconstituted to include the new directors.
