Bijoy Hans Ltd has disclosed that three acquirers were allotted shares via preferential issue on 27th May 2025, collectively taking a 60% stake in the company. Kaushal Uttam Shah received 8,40,000 shares (11.20%), Agri One India Ventures LLP received 18,30,000 shares (24.40%), and UG Patwardhan Services Pvt Ltd received 18,30,000 shares (24.40%). All three allottees will be classified as Promoters/Members of the Promoter Group, resulting in a change of control. The company's equity share capital more than doubled from Rs. 3,00,00,210 to Rs. 7,50,00,210. The new shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
