Alstone Textiles has informed BSE about a disclosure received from Lavender Holdings Pvt. Ltd., a non-promoter entity, regarding the sale of equity shares in the company. Lavender Holdings sold 19,22,29,279 shares (3.07% of the company's equity) through a combination of open market and off-market transactions between September 26, 2025 and October 10, 2025. As a result, Lavender Holdings' holding in Alstone Textiles reduced from 9.48% (59,47,30,813 shares) to 6.41% (40,25,01,534 shares). The total equity share capital of the company is Rs. 62,74,80,000/- consisting of 62,74,80,000 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each.
