The company has launched the second phase of the IEPFA/MCA 100-day campaign 'Saksham Niveshak' running from 1st April 2026 to 9th July 2026. The initiative aims to help shareholders claim unpaid or unclaimed dividends before they are transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders are required to update KYC details including PAN, nomination, contact information, bank account details, and specimen signature. Dividends will only be credited electronically after documents are updated. Physical shareholders must submit forms ISR-1, ISR-2, SH-13, or ISR-3 to the Registrar & Transfer Agent, Skyline Financial Services Private Limited, by 9th July 2026.
Shareholders who do not update their details risk losing unclaimed dividends and shares to IEPF. The company is ensuring compliance and preventing involuntary transfer of shareholder assets to the government fund.
