Mr. Sunil Kumar is an Associate Member of ICSI (Membership No. A38859), a law and commerce graduate with 11 years of experience in corporate secretarial and compliance matters. He previously worked at Transport Corporation of India, Vipul Limited, and LMJ Logistics Limited. The board also authorized three KMPs — Whole-Time Director Chandan Singh, CFO Davinder Kaushik, and the new CS Sunil Kumar — to determine materiality of events for stock exchange disclosures.
