Dishman Carbogen Amcis submitted its investor presentation for Q4 and full-year FY25 (ended March 31, 2025). Q4 FY25 net revenue rose 9.4% year-on-year to Rs 7,163 million, driven by higher development revenue at Carbogen Amcis AG and stronger cholesterol sales at Carbogen Amcis BV. Full-year FY25 revenue grew 3.7% to Rs 27,115 million, while EBITDA jumped 15.5% to Rs 4,719 million with margins expanding from 15.6% to 17.4%. The CRAMS segment remains the biggest contributor, making up nearly 74% of FY25 revenue. The company highlighted a CHF 103 million new product development pipeline, 14 molecules in late Phase III, and 29 commercialized molecules. Net debt (excluding lease liabilities) dipped to CHF 157.6 million from CHF 162.9 million a year ago.
Strong margin expansion in Q4 (EBITDA margin from 15.2% to 21.4%) and steady full-year growth signal improving profitability, which is positive for shareholders. The growing late-phase pipeline suggests decent revenue visibility, though the jump in long-term borrowings (from Rs 2,456 mn to Rs 11,492 mn) is worth watching.
