Dishman Carbogen Amcis reported FY26 net revenue of ₹29,319 million, up 8.1% YoY, with Q4FY26 revenue of ₹8,514 million, up 18.9% YoY. EBITDA for FY26 stood at ₹5,656 million (19.3% margin), an improvement from FY25's ₹4,689 million (17.3%), driven by CDMO margin expansion (+50 bps to 19.4%) and a sharp jump in Marketable Molecules margins (+940 bps to 18.8%) due to higher Vitamin D analogues sales. Q4FY26 EBITDA margin of 19.1% declined from Q4FY25's 21.3% due to lower late-phase development revenue mix in CDMO. The company has 10 molecules in late Phase III and 29 commercialized molecules, with a new product development pipeline worth CHF 102 million. Net debt reduced to CHF 146.8 million from CHF 157.6 million YoY.
Revenue grew steadily with margin improvement for the full year, though Q4 margin contracted on mix shift. The strong MM segment performance and debt reduction signal operational efficiency gains. The late Phase III pipeline provides future revenue visibility.
