The company has published a newspaper advertisement on 17 July 2026 regarding the transfer of equity shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shares of shareholders who have not claimed or encashed dividends for seven consecutive years from FY 2018-19 will be moved to the IEPF. Individual notices have been sent to affected shareholders, and their details are also uploaded on the company website. The last date for shareholders to claim their dividend is 15 October 2026, after which shares will be transferred to IEPF. Shareholders can later reclaim these shares from the IEPF Authority by following the prescribed procedure.
Shareholders who have not claimed dividends since FY 2018-19 risk losing their shares to IEPF unless they act before 15 October 2026.
