Divgi TorqTransfer Systems reported record quarterly and nine-month revenue. Q3 FY26 total income rose 68% year-on-year to Rs. 96.3 crores, and 9M FY26 income jumped 48% to Rs. 261.4 crores, already surpassing the full-year FY25 total of Rs. 240 crores. EBITDA grew 72% year-on-year in Q3 to Rs. 23.4 crores with margin steady at 24.3%, while net profit surged 125% to Rs. 11.8 crores. The company won exclusive transfer case orders from Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors for the Indonesian Pik-Up platform (about 35,000 units each, starting CY26) and signed a distribution deal with Toyota Tsusho for Japanese markets. Component exports grew 117% in 9M FY26 and now make up 17% of revenue, progressing toward a 20–25% target. Management outlined a long-term revenue potential of Rs. 1,500+ crores across BEV systems, transfer cases/synchronizers exports, and manual/automatic/hybrid transmissions.
Record revenue, strong order wins, and expanding export mix provide solid medium-term growth visibility for shareholders. Stable margins around 24% EBITDA combined with operating leverage from rising volumes signal continued earnings momentum.
