Divgi Torqtransfer Systems reported its highest-ever quarterly total income of Rs. 76.8 crores in Q1FY26, up 29% year-on-year and 20% quarter-on-quarter, driven by volume-led growth in the transfer case segment and a strong recovery in exports. EBITDA rose 37% YoY to Rs. 19.1 crores with margins expanding to 24.9% (from 23.4% a year ago), and net profit jumped 50% YoY to Rs. 8.9 crores. The components business surged 72% YoY while the transfer case segment grew 34% YoY; the E-Gear (EV) business was marginally softer with a volume ramp-up expected in H2FY26. Management announced a new Rs. 800+ crore lifecycle order from a leading Indian OEM to be executed over seven years starting H2FY27 and guided to doubling export revenue in FY26.
Strong broad-based growth across segments, expanding margins, and visibility from a large multi-year order signal improving earnings momentum for shareholders, though E-Gear softness remains a near-term watchpoint.
