Divi's Laboratories reported strong FY 2025-26 results with consolidated total income of ₹11,067 crores, up 13.9% from ₹9,712 crores in the previous year. Consolidated profit after tax grew 17.2% to ₹2,568 crores from ₹2,191 crores. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations was ₹10,388 crores (up 12.9%) and PAT was ₹2,607 crores (up 18%). The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share (1500% on face value of ₹2), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 10, 2026. An exceptional item of ₹74 crores was recognized due to the impact of new Indian Labour Codes, which the company stated is non-recurring. Statutory auditors issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial statements.
The company delivered solid double-digit growth in both revenue and profit, with a clean audit opinion boosting confidence. The dividend of ₹30 per share signals financial health and cash generation, likely positive for shareholder sentiment.
