DLF Limited has scheduled an investor/analyst call on 31st October 2025 at 16:00 hrs to discuss its Q2FY26 results, and has shared the presentation with the exchanges. For Q2FY26, new sales bookings stood at Rs 4,332 crore, led by the maiden launch of 'The Westpark' in Mumbai, while collections reached Rs 2,672 crore. The company reported a net cash position of Rs 7,717 crore, generated Rs 1,137 crore in operating cash surplus, and repaid Rs 963 crore in debt. CRISIL upgraded DLF's credit rating to AA+/Stable during the quarter. The annuity/rental business remains strong, with DCCDL's rental income growing 15% year-on-year to Rs 1,362 crore and PAT up 23% at Rs 643 crore, supported by ~94% occupancy across the 49 msf operational rental portfolio. DCCDL also received a 5-Star GRESB rating as Global Sector Leader (Unlisted), and key projects like Atrium Place Gurugram (93% pre-leased) and Midtown Plaza Delhi (85% pre-leased) showed strong leasing traction.
The results reflect robust operational momentum with a successful entry into the Mumbai market, a credit rating upgrade, and a strong net cash balance sheet — all supportive of the stock. Continued strong pre-leasing in the annuity portfolio and high occupancy reinforce DLF's steady rental income story, while the launch pipeline of ~24 msf (worth ~Rs 60,215 crore in sales potential) provides multi-year growth visibility.
