The development business booked record new sales of Rs 21,223 crore, a 44% YoY growth, led by its super-luxury project 'The Dahlias' (Rs 13,374 crore) and the complete sellout of DLF Privana West (Rs 5,600 crore). The company generated a record net cash surplus of Rs 5,302 crore, taking its net cash position to Rs 6,848 crore. The annuity arm DCCDL posted FY25 revenue of Rs 6,448 crore and profit of Rs 2,461 crore (up 46% YoY), with portfolio occupancy at 94%.
