DLF Limited has informed the stock exchanges that its trading window for dealing in company securities will remain closed from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. This closure applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and persons with whom they have a material financial relationship, in line with SEBI's Insider Trading Regulations, 2015. The restriction prohibits any buying or selling of DLF shares by these insiders during the blackout period. This is a routine compliance disclosure and not a material corporate event.
No direct impact on shareholders or stock price. This is a standard regulatory filing done by every listed company before quarterly and annual results to prevent insider trading; investors should, however, note that DLF's Q4 and FY26 results will be announced soon after the window reopens.
