DLF Limited delivered a strong FY26 with record collections of ₹13,517 crore (up 15% YoY) and sales bookings of ₹20,143 crore inline with guidance. Surplus cash generation grew 25% YoY to ₹7,746 crore, strengthening the net cash position to ₹14,155 crore. PAT (DLF Limited) reached ₹4,408 crore with 33% YoY growth, while the board declared dividend of ₹1,980 crore subject to shareholders' approval. The annuity business performed well with a ~50 msf rental portfolio valued at ₹89,780 crore, operating at high occupancy of 95% by area and 97% by value. DCCDL (consolidated) reported revenue of ₹7,393 crore (up 15% YoY) with PAT at ₹2,726 crore (up 38% YoY before exceptional items). The company maintains AAA credit ratings from CRISIL and ICRA with net debt-to-GAV ratio of just 19%.
Strong operational performance with record cash generation and healthy balance sheet signals continued value creation for shareholders. The 33% PAT growth and ₹1,980 crore dividend demonstrate robust financial health and commitment to shareholder returns.
