Dodla Dairy 31st AGM: 6 resolutions passed, final dividend approved

Dodla Dairy's 31st AGM was held on 14 July 2026 via video conference, attended by 85 members. Six resolutions were passed, including adoption of FY26 standalone and consolidated financial statements, declaration of a final dividend on equity shares, re-appointment of Mr. Akshay Tanna as Director, ratification of Cost Auditor remuneration for FY27, re-appointment of Ms. Vinoda Kailas as Independent Woman Director, and approval of consultancy fees to Chairman Mr. Sesha Reddy Dodla. Statutory and Secretarial Auditors gave unqualified reports. Consolidated voting results will be filed with the exchanges within the prescribed timeline.
