Dodla Dairy reported its highest-ever annual performance for FY25, with consolidated revenue rising 19% to Rs. 37,201 Mn and PAT jumping 55.9% to Rs. 2,599 Mn, crossing the Rs. 2,000 Mn milestone for the first time. Q4FY25 revenue grew 15.5% YoY to Rs. 9,096 Mn, while Q4 PAT surged 45.1% to Rs. 680 Mn. EBITDA margin expanded to 10.2% in FY25 from 9.2% in FY24, supported by a 45.9% jump in value-added products (VAP) sales to Rs. 12,572 Mn, now contributing 35% of revenue. The company declared a dividend of Rs. 2 per share and highlighted a net debt-free balance sheet with Rs. 7,456 Mn in cash and a 24.4% ROCE. Africa business contributed 10.2% to FY25 revenue, while Orgafeed turned in Rs. 195 Mn EBITDA.
