Dodla Dairy reported standalone revenue of Rs 34,217 million for FY2026, up 2.4% from Rs 33,415 million in FY2025. However, standalone PAT declined sharply to Rs 773 million from Rs 2,284 million (down 66%), impacted by higher material costs and one-time tax adjustments. Consolidated revenue grew 10.9% to Rs 41,252 million aided by the acquisition of HR Food Processing (Osam Dairy) in August 2025. Consolidated PAT fell 64% to Rs 958 million. The company received favourable income tax orders worth Rs 292 million in Q4, boosting the bottom line. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs 5 per share (50% on Rs 10 face value). Auditors issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Despite revenue growth, profit declined significantly due to rising input costs and prior-period tax adjustments inflating comparatives. The Osam Dairy acquisition added scale to consolidated revenue but did not fully offset margin pressure. Dividend declaration is a positive signal for shareholders.
