Dolat Algotech Ltd has announced the results of its Postal Ballot conducted via remote e-voting, where two Ordinary Resolutions were approved by shareholders. Resolution 1 (Company's Material Related Party Transactions for FY 2026-27) was passed with 99.61% votes in favour (20,52,469 votes) and 0.39% against (8,074 votes). Resolution 2 (Subsidiary Company's Material Related Party Transactions for FY 2026-27) was passed with 98.08% votes in favour (20,20,941 votes) and 1.92% against (39,602 votes).
