Dolfin Rubbers Ltd (BSE scrip code 542013), a Ludhiana-based tyres and tubes manufacturer, has published its audited standalone financial results for Q4 FY25 and the year ended 31 March 2025 in Business Standard (English) and Desh Sewak (Punjabi) editions, as required under SEBI Listing Regulations. For FY25, total income from operations rose to Rs 124.20 crore from Rs 115.06 crore in FY24, an 8% year-on-year growth. The company posted a net profit after tax of Rs 1.54 crore in FY25 versus Rs 0.91 crore in FY24. Q4 FY25 however showed a net loss of Rs 49.44 lakh, narrower than the Q4 FY24 loss of Rs 154.42 lakh. The balance sheet strengthened materially: net worth jumped to Rs 47.89 crore from Rs 3.11 crore, and outstanding debt fell sharply to Rs 176.13 crore from Rs 224.92 crore.
Strong balance sheet improvement and reduced debt-to-equity ratio (from 72.42 to 3.68) are positives, but the recurring Q4 loss despite full-year profit signals uneven operational performance and warrants caution.
