Dollar Industries Limited has submitted copies of the newspaper publication of its unaudited Q1 FY26 results (both standalone and consolidated), which appeared in Business Standard (English) and Aaj Kal (Bengali) on 12 August 2025. On a standalone basis, total income from operations rose to ₹38,385.10 lakhs from ₹32,197.57 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of around 19%. Net profit after tax jumped to ₹1,962.47 lakhs from ₹1,354.81 lakhs, a growth of roughly 45%. EPS stood at ₹3.46 versus ₹2.39 in the year-ago quarter. On a consolidated basis, which includes subsidiary Dollar Garments Pvt Ltd and joint venture Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Pvt Ltd, total income rose to ₹39,912.62 lakhs and net profit after tax climbed to ₹2,179.54 lakhs from ₹1,600.14 lakhs, with EPS of ₹3.76 versus ₹2.70. Results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board on 11 August 2025.
A strong opening quarter for FY26, with profit growth meaningfully outpacing revenue growth on both standalone and consolidated bases, signalling margin expansion. Positive read for shareholders as earnings beat year-ago levels by roughly 36–45%, though the unaudited nature and the fact that this is only a mandatory newspaper publication (not new information beyond what was filed earlier) may limit immediate stock reaction.
