The Board of Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital has declared an interim dividend of Rs.3 per share (30% on face value of Rs.10) for FY 2025-26, with November 7, 2025 as the record date and payment to be made on or before November 29, 2025. Along with this, the company reported Q2 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs.117.72 Cr, up about 15% from Rs.102.19 Cr in Q2 FY25. Net profit for Q2 rose to Rs.19.32 Cr from Rs.14.15 Cr, a growth of roughly 36%. For the half-year ended September 30, 2025, revenue stood at Rs.234.64 Cr (vs Rs.202.21 Cr) and PAT at Rs.36.58 Cr (vs Rs.28.26 Cr), while EBITDA grew to Rs.78.69 Cr from Rs.63.97 Cr. The results were reviewed by new statutory auditor S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP, replacing the predecessor auditor who had reviewed the comparative period figures.
The dividend announcement rewards shareholders with an immediate cash inflow, while the strong double-digit revenue and profit growth, along with expanding EBITDA margins, signals healthy business momentum that should be viewed positively by the market.
