Dr. Agarwal's Health Care Limited has informed the stock exchanges that Idearx Services Private Limited has ceased to be its Associate Company effective March 30, 2026. This follows an amendment to the Shareholders' Agreement and Idearx's Articles of Association, which terminated the rights the company held under the SHA. The company still owns 14.54% of Idearx's total equity share capital and retains standard shareholder rights under the Companies Act, 2013, but no longer has the special rights that made Idearx qualify as an associate.
