Dr. Agarwal's Health Care reported H1 FY26 total income of ₹1,007 crores, crossing the ₹1,000 crore mark for the first time, up 20.2% year-on-year. IndAS EBITDA grew 24.9% to ₹285 crores with margins expanding 100bps to 28.3%, while PAT surged 88.4% to an all-time high of ₹75 crores. For Q2 alone, total income rose 18.2% to ₹507 crores, EBITDA grew 21.2% to ₹144 crores with margins at 28.4%, and PAT jumped 71% to ₹36 crores. The company served 14.3 lakh patients through 258 facilities and added 24 new Greenfield centres in H1. Management guided that H2 will be seasonally stronger than H1, but margins on a percentage basis should remain similar to H1 levels.
Strong H1 performance with all-time high PAT and margin expansion is positive for shareholders, signalling healthy demand and operational efficiency. Capex guidance of ₹310 crores plus ₹70 crores for flagship projects and continued network expansion (targeting 30 more facilities in H2) support the growth story, while management's conservative H2 margin guidance suggests no further upside surprise is baked in.
