Dr. Anosh Agarwal, a member of the promoter group, has transferred 21,15,180 equity shares (0.67% of total share capital) of Dr. Agarwals Health Care Ltd to Dr. Athiya Agarwal, also a member of the promoter group, by way of an inter-se gift on March 4, 2026.
