Dr Lal Path Labs reported a 28% year-on-year jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 169.5 crore for Q1FY27, with revenue rising over 19% year-on-year to Rs 797.7 crore, beating street estimates. The company declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per share with July 30 as the record date and raised its FY27 revenue guidance to mid-teens from early-teens. Brokerages including Nomura (target Rs 2,085, upside of 18.5%), Nuvama (target Rs 2,140, upside of about 22%), and JM Financial maintained Buy ratings, citing strong volume growth, network expansion of 12 to 15 labs in FY27, and sustained benefits from CGHS and ECHS price hikes. Shares hit a fresh 52-week high of Rs 1,895, up more than 12% in two sessions.
