Dr. Reddy's appoints Global Head of Biologics; Deloitte named US auditor

Dr. Reddy's Board approved two items on July 22, 2026. First, Dr. Sridevi Khambhampaty was appointed Global Head of Biologics and Senior Management Personnel, joining the Management Council. She has over 20 years of biopharma experience, was most recently CEO of Shilpa Biologics, and previously led product development at Dr. Reddy's. Second, Deloitte Haskins and Sells LLP was appointed as the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for US SEC filings (Form 20-F and Form 6-K), aligning with its May 2026 appointment as Statutory Auditors for a five year term.
