Dr. Reddy's reported Q4FY26 revenues of ₹7,516 Cr (12% YoY) and FY26 revenues of ₹33,593 Cr (3% YoY). Excluding one-time items like shelf stock adjustment for lenalidomide (₹453 Cr), impairment charges (₹228 Cr), and VAT liability (₹184 Cr), EBITDA margin was 24.7% for FY26. North America revenues of ₹1,756 Cr in Q4 were impacted by lower lenalidomide sales and ₹453 Cr SSA adjustment. The company achieved first generic semaglutide injection approval in Canada, launched Obeda® in India, and completed 95% integration of acquired NRT business. India revenues grew 20% YoY and Emerging Markets 29% YoY. Net cash surplus stood at ₹3,271 Cr with RoCE of 16% (17.5% excluding specific items).
The company demonstrated resilience with strong base business growth and margin improvement excluding one-time charges, though lenalidomide headwinds significantly impacted North America performance. The net cash surplus and solid RoCE indicate healthy financial position despite near-term product-specific challenges.
