DRC Systems India Limited reported strong consolidated FY2025-26 results with revenue of Rs. 9,550.5 Lakhs (+46% YoY) and net profit of Rs. 1,932.2 Lakhs (+28% YoY). EBITDA stood at Rs. 2,832.6 Lakhs (+34% YoY) with margins of ~30% and ~20% for EBITDA and Net respectively. Q4 standalone profit was Rs. 68.2 Lakhs. Strong 46% revenue growth and 28% PAT growth reflect successful execution and diversification into AI/digital learning. The investment in Skizzle marks another strategic expansion.
