DS Kulkarni to acquire 100% stake in Moonbrick Realty; appoints new CS

DS Kulkarni Developers board approved acquiring 100% equity stake in Moonbrick Realty Private Limited, a newly incorporated Pune-based real estate company, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. Consideration is nil as Moonbrick has no operations yet, with a paid-up capital of just Rs 10,000. The deal is a related party transaction with common promoters, done at arm's length, and is expected to complete in 1 week. Separately, CS Rishika Verma was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 7 July 2026.
