DSM Fresh Foods (Zappfresh) reported FY26 revenue of INR 2,208 million, a strong 69% YoY increase from INR 1,307 million in FY25. EBITDA grew 91% to INR 311 million with margins at 14.1%, expanding 160 basis points. PAT increased 59% YoY to INR 143 million, though this was impacted by a one-time deferred tax charge; normalised PAT stood at approximately INR 184 million. H2 FY26 revenue of INR 1,250 million represented ~50% sequential growth over H1. The company completed acquisition of the ready-to-eat business from Ambrozia via Avyom Foodtech and launched Meevaa Foods brand, which received over 5,000 orders within 48 hours. The company expanded seafood sourcing to ~300 farmers under an FPO model covering ~270 acres. B2B now accounts for ~68% of revenue. Zappfresh listed on BSE Emerge in October 2025 and was recognised as 'IPO Trailblazer 2025'.
The company delivered its strongest-ever financial results as a newly listed entity with near-doubling of PBT and healthy margin expansion, driven by scale, brand premiumisation, and strategic acquisitions. Strong H2 momentum and the 100-store partnership expansion signal continued growth trajectory heading into FY27.
