Ducon Infratechnologies reported audited results for FY2025-26. Standalone revenue declined 7.5% to Rs 23,391 lakhs from Rs 25,281 lakhs, while consolidated revenue fell 6.9% to Rs 41,940 lakhs from Rs 45,063 lakhs. Net profit dropped sharply by 44% standalone (Rs 289 vs Rs 516 lakhs) and 19% consolidated (Rs 1,098 vs Rs 1,355 lakhs). Q4 standalone PAT was only Rs 18.46 lakhs versus Rs 180.12 in the year-ago quarter. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An Emphasis of Matter notes the company valued Rs 500 lakh equity investments at cost instead of fair value per Ind AS 109 due to long-term business synergy reasoning. Operating cash flow turned positive at Rs 502 lakhs after being negative Rs 2,995 lakhs last year. Current borrowings stand at Rs 10,462 lakhs.
Revenue and profit have declined significantly year-on-year, indicating operational challenges. The thin margins and high debt levels warrant caution, though positive operating cash flow is a bright spot. The clean audit with emphasis of matter on investment valuation is noteworthy.
