Ducon Infratechnologies has informed the exchanges that the trading window for dealing in its securities by designated persons will be closed from Wednesday, July 1, 2026. The closure is as per SEBI Insider Trading Regulations, triggered by the finalization and approval of un-audited financial results for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared. All designated persons, their immediate relatives and other insiders are barred from trading during this period.
