Duke Offshore has been acquired by Aspect Global Ventures Private Limited. Following the acquisition, MD Avik George Duke resigned, along with CFO Venkatesham Busa, Executive Director Vipul Patel, and 3 Independent Directors (Pranay Mehta, Revati Pambala, Ameet Kimbahune).
