Appointment of Internal Auditor for conducting the Internal Audit and Secretarial Auditor of the Company for conducting secretarial Audit of the Company.

Duro Pack Ltd's Board, at its meeting on September 2, 2025, approved the re-appointment of M/s. DR Associates (Company Secretaries) as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term covering FY2025 to FY2030. The Board also appointed M/s Akhilesh Agarwal & Associates (Chartered Accountants) as Internal Auditor for FY2025-26. Both appointments were made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and are in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. Remuneration for both auditors will be mutually decided. These are routine governance appointments disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR.
