Dutron Polymers reported total income of Rs 2,302.48 lakh in Q4 FY26 and Rs 9,190.82 lakh for the full year, down from Rs 10,403.01 lakh in FY25. Net profit for the year stood at Rs 350.80 lakh compared to Rs 354.33 lakh in the previous year. Earnings per share for FY26 was Rs 4.50. The Board recommended a final dividend of 15% (Rs 1.5 per share) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Separately, a petition was filed with NCLT by promoter family members alleging oppression and mismanagement, which the company has denied.
