Dutron Polymers has informed shareholders that equity shares linked to unpaid or unclaimed dividends for 7 consecutive years (from FY 2018-19) will be transferred to the IEPF account. The transfer is scheduled for FY 2026-27, due by 17th October 2026. Shareholders can reclaim their shares and unclaimed dividends by contacting the company or filing Form IEPF-5 on the MCA website before that deadline.
