Dynamatic Technologies has published a notice in English and Kannada newspapers informing shareholders that equity shares and unclaimed dividends are set to be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). The interim dividend declared for FY 2018-19, which remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years, along with the corresponding shares, will be transferred to IEPF on 12 September 2025. Individual notices have been sent to all affected shareholders, and the company has set 10 August 2025 as the deadline to receive valid claims.
