Dynamatic Technologies reported FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,62,134 Lakhs, up 15.5% from Rs 1,40,380 Lakhs in FY25. However, consolidated profit after tax declined to Rs 3,241 Lakhs from Rs 4,304 Lakhs due to exceptional items totaling Rs 2,757 Lakhs (restructuring costs for UK hydraulics division and new labour code implementation costs). The standalone profit after tax stood at Rs 4,447 Lakhs. Mr. Dietmar Hahn resigned as Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director effective May 2026. The Board re-appointed Dr. Udayant Malhoutra as CEO and Managing Director for 5 years starting October 2026. A final dividend of Rs 5 per share was recommended, taking total dividend for FY26 to Rs 10 per share (including Rs 5 interim dividend already paid). Auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
The resignation of a non-executive director and decline in PAT despite revenue growth may raise concerns among investors. However, the continuation of leadership under Dr. Malhoutra and attractive dividend yield provide some stability. The restructuring of the UK hydraulics operations is a strategic move that may improve future profitability.
