Dynamatic Technologies has published its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations grew 13.7% year-on-year to Rs 16,213.4 Lakhs for FY26 (vs Rs 14,038 Lakhs in FY25). However, Q4 net profit after tax declined to Rs 1,256 Lakhs from Rs 1,609 Lakhs in Q4 FY25, and full year net profit after tax fell to Rs 3,241 Lakhs (vs Rs 4,304 Lakhs). Total comprehensive income for FY26 improved significantly to Rs 7,942 Lakhs compared to Rs 5,451 Lakhs in the previous year. EPS (annualised) declined to Rs 47.73 from Rs 63.39. The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.40 per share (40%) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
Revenue growth demonstrates operational strength, but declining net profit and EPS could indicate margin pressures or higher costs. The dividend recommendation provides some positive signal for shareholders. The improved total comprehensive income suggests gains in other comprehensive income items.
