Dynamic Cables appoints Independent Director, GM-Marketing; sets AGM, dividend record date

Board meeting on June 16, 2026 approved the 19th AGM on July 21 via video conferencing, with a dividend record date of July 10, 2026 for FY26. Mr. Neeraj Bali, a decorated Indian Army veteran with 40+ years of leadership experience, was appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Rasik Mangal, an NYU Stern graduate with expertise in marketing strategy and business development, was appointed as General Manager-Marketing and designated as Senior Management Personnel.
