Dynamic Microsteppers appoints Ms. Preetraj Gulati as Independent Director

Dynamic Microsteppers has appointed Ms. Preetraj Gulati as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director effective July 6, 2026. She holds a Master of Commerce and B.Ed. degrees, with experience in teaching. Her term is 5 years, subject to shareholder approval at the next general meeting or within three months. She is not related to any existing Director and is not debarred by SEBI.
