Dynavision Ltd reported audited FY25 standalone revenue of ₹978.10 lakhs, down sharply from ₹3,768.79 lakhs in FY24, mainly because the solar power project implementation segment contributed only ₹96.10 lakhs versus ₹2,898.07 lakhs last year. The core renting of investment property segment was stable at ₹882 lakhs. Standalone PAT fell to ₹619.85 lakhs from ₹738.11 lakhs, with EPS at ₹16.14 vs ₹19.22. On a consolidated basis (including subsidiary Dynavision Green Solutions Ltd), revenue rose to ₹1,317.38 lakhs from ₹1,033.92 lakhs, but PAT declined to ₹489.87 lakhs from ₹645.63 lakhs. The subsidiary reported a net loss of ₹45.36 lakhs. Auditor M/s R. Subramanian and Company LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
The headline revenue drop reflects the absence of large one-time solar project orders this year, not a deterioration in the core rental business, which remains steady. Lower profitability and a loss-making solar subsidiary may weigh on near-term sentiment, though clean audit, positive operating cash flows, and a healthy balance sheet provide some comfort to shareholders.
