Earkart incorporates 65% UK subsidiary Earkart Health Limited

Earkart Limited has incorporated a 65 percent subsidiary called Earkart Health Limited in the United Kingdom on 08 June 2026. The subsidiary has authorised and paid-up capital of GBP 10,000. Earkart subscribed to 650 equity shares of GBP 10 each in cash, totalling GBP 6,500. The new entity will offer healthcare services and products, in line with Earkart's main business. No turnover yet as it is newly incorporated, and no regulatory approvals were needed.
