ACE reported its highest-ever quarterly and yearly revenue and profits in FY25. Full-year consolidated total income grew 14.6% YoY to INR 34,274 Mn, EBITDA jumped 26.2% to INR 6,061 Mn with margins expanding 162 basis points to 17.68%, and PAT rose 24.7% to INR 4,092 Mn with EPS at INR 34.37. Q4 FY25 also showed strong performance with total income up 13.1% YoY to INR 9,694 Mn and PAT up 20.4% to INR 1,186 Mn. The company won its single largest order ever from the Ministry of Defence worth Rs. 420 Crores for 1,121 Rough Terrain Forklifts/Telehandlers for the Indian Army. Management guided for 14-15% revenue growth in FY26 but flagged a subdued start due to geopolitical tensions, tariff conflicts, new CEV-5 emission norms and monsoon impact. ACE holds 63%+ market share in mobile cranes and 60% in tower cranes, operating across 125+ Indian locations and exporting to 37 countries.
This is a strong all-round results update with record profits and improving margins, plus a landmark defence order, likely to be viewed positively by the market. However, the cautious near-term commentary on FY26 headwinds and modest growth guidance may temper expectations for an immediate re-rating.
