Eco Hotels converts partly paid rights shares to fully paid up after final call

Eco Hotels and Resorts received the third and final call money of Rs 3.80 per share on its partly paid rights equity shares. 94,05,655 partly paid shares have been converted to fully paid, raising the paid-up value from Rs 7.50 to Rs 10 per share. The company collected about Rs 3.57 crores in this final call, which includes Rs 2.50 face value and Rs 1.30 securities premium per share. These shares will now rank equally with the existing equity shares. The rights issue was originally allotted in September 2025.
