Eco Hotels and Resorts Ltd has extended the closing date of its ongoing Rights Issue from September 17, 2025 to September 22, 2025. The Rights Issue opened on September 8, 2025, and the extension was approved by the Rights Issue Committee on September 16, 2025 to give eligible shareholders more time to apply.
