Eco Recycling Ltd has replied to a BSE query dated July 24, 2025, which flagged two issues with its earlier intimation about the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Yeshwant Babarao Sontakke: (1) a delay in disclosing the resignation within 24 hours, and (2) missing names of other listed entities where the resigning director holds directorships. The company explained that Mr. Sontakke's resignation carried an effective date of July 19, 2025, but the resignation letter was received only on July 23, 2025, and the intimation was filed to the exchange on the same day — well within the 24-hour SEBI window counted from receipt of the letter. It also stated that Mr. Sontakke does not hold directorship in any other listed entity, so that disclosure field was not applicable. The reply is signed by Managing Director B K Soni.
