Ecoboard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that its trading window will be closed from 1st July 2025 until 48 hours after the company announces its financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. This closure is being done in line with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, to prevent any trading by those with access to unpublished price-sensitive information. During this period, all directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from buying or selling shares of the company. The date of the board meeting to approve the quarterly results will be communicated separately.
